Olathe Police are investigating after one person was shot this morning.Officers responded to the Ramsgate Apartments near W. 129th Street and Mur-Len Road around 2:30 Tuesday morning. Police were reportedly searching the area for evidence of a drive-by shooting.
"Very sketchy information right now," says Olathe Police Sergeant Grant Allen. "The vehicle is either a white Suburban or Scion."
Police responded to an area hospital where a shooting victim was being treated.
Sgt. Allen says, "it is still unclear where this actually occurred but it's reportedly possibly somewhere 'in Olathe'."
The victim's injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
